Join our chef proprietor, David Wykes, (Hampshire Chef of the Year 2011) for a fun day of cooking & eating! David trained in Michelin starred kitchens in France & the UK, and he takes modern concepts and incorporates them with classic combinations to create delicious flavours. Learn fish cooking techniques and new recipes at our in-house 'Cookery School Courses'. Then enjoy healthly food, fresh on your plate at home.

Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful day on Tuesday, my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves.
The content of the day was great, the pace of things just right and both David and Jess were very good at making things look so easy and achievable!
Loved all the bits we took home - having the last of the Foccaccia for lunch today (froze some on the day). Also, it was a good size for the group - from the point of view of the practical things and to sit down with for the meal afterwards.
Looking forward to the next event and hoping for some more fishy things to learn - Tony, my husband wants me to know about oysters!

Dear David, Stacey and Team
Many, many thanks for a great day today. Been nibbling the foccaccia since I got home and even contemplated another glass of wine, but no! Can now make foccaccia, do pasta, shell a crab, make butter and eat great food. It's all so easy, ....................well it is when you watch the experts and David and his team truly are. Burnt chocolate! Marmite in cocoa powder! Crackly things in the pudd! Whatever next, spam ice cream in a snail meringue?? No David, I didn't mean it!!!!!!
Loved the day, loved the food, loved the company. I'll be back for more!
