David Wykes, Chef Patron & Hampshire Chef of the Year 2011 & 2012, prides himself not only on the creative dishes he serves from fresh and local ingredients, but also on the teams friendly & attentive service. In 2012 David won 'Chef of the Year' for the second year running in the Hampshire Food & Drink Awards. Verveine also won 'Best Local Menu' & 'Best Customer Service'.
